Booking & Cancellation Policy
At OG Experiences, we want your stay to be as simple and stress-free as possible. Please review our booking and cancellation terms below to ensure transparency and peace of mind when reserving your accommodation.
1. Making a Booking
All bookings must be made through our official website or an approved booking platform.
To confirm your reservation:

Please ensure that all personal information entered at the time of booking is accurate, including contact details.
2. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Great British Pound (£) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept secure online card payments through our booking system.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and our policy is designed to offer flexibility where possible.
Cancellation terms vary by apartment. Please check the specific cancellation policy shown on each listing before booking.
How to Cancel

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through your booking confirmation link.

Cancellations are effective from the date and time we receive written notice.
4. Amendments to Bookings
If you need to change your dates or booking details:

Amendments requested more than 7 days before arrival are permitted free of charge, subject to availability.

Amendments made within 7 days of arrival may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the 50% cancellation charge demonstrated above.

Any increase in booking value due to changes (for example, date rate differences or added services) must be paid before arrival.
5. Check-In & Check-Out

Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless agreed in writing prior to departure.
6. House Rules & Guest Conduct
Guests agree to:

Adhere to any community or property regulations.
Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
7. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
OG Experiences is not liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, utility outages, or travel delays.
8. Force Majeure
In the event that stays must be cancelled due to circumstances outside our control — including natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or emergency property issues — guests will receive either:

A full refund, or

An offer to rebook to alternative dates, subject to availability.

We understand that unforeseen events can arise. If exceptional circumstances affect your booking or plans, please contact our team as soon as possible. While our formal policy applies, we always endeavour to review situations on a case-by-case basis where fairly possible.
